Loop Lifting Straps

I am very disappointed with the customer service.
I ordered the wrong item, as soon as I received the parcel and opened it, straight after I emailed them for a exchange as I did not even open the original packgage. But they never reply to my emails. And I emailed them 3 times since then and no response.
And in the meantime I ordered the correct item and received it and using it.
I am using it because my Pt advice it otherwise I would have gone somewhere else to buy it.
So guy if you need to speak to someone or need advise or have ant question, dont buy here as they will not reply.

Loop Lifting Straps

These have helped improve my training and given me the grip strength and confidence to go heavier with my weights. They are comfortable to wear and the addition of the white circle grip pads really help too. The order arrived quickly and nicely packaged with the straps inside their own little storage bag. I also love the branding and think that the monochrome style and large logo are timeless and on trend.
