    Can’t praise this enough! It’s so useful for home and gym workouts. I can now practise my pull ups at home using this and it’s also great for upping the resistance to make my workouts that more challenging. Highly recommend!

    Really amazing piece of kit!

    Long, which is good for a start! I’m using it with many of the exercises in the Strng app. It’s very good quality and quite thick. I got the heavy one and I can feel the difference as soon as I’m doing an exercise. It looks like it’s going to be very durable and will last a long time. Whether your new to exercise or advanced, this is definitely something to add to your kit
